A general health check up camp was conducted to understand the health problems of people with job stress and growing age. How well they are managing their health and what more needs to be done by them was the objective of the camp. The bank manager Mr Bhangaokar appreciated the objective and encouraged us to do the camp. He and all the staff members actively participated in the camp. Specially designed screening forms were filled by all the staff members. The screening forms gathered information of present health status, past and family medical history. The form also focussed on mental health, emotional stability level of stress and an individual's ability to cop up with the stress.

A feed evaluation report was given to all followed by a general presentation on benifits of healthy living and role of homeopathy was hilighted.

A health Check Up camp was conducted by Dr Dhandhukia's Good Life Health Clinic on 24th July 2010. It was a camp specially organized to understand the health and growth of the play school age group children. Camp was conducted by Dr Ashok Dhandhukia and Dr Swapna Kamath. Mr Purav Shah assisted actively. General Health examination, and the growth of the children was assessed. Attention was also paid to the current health status of the children who were screened. It was learn that children faced different health related issues which not only disturbed their schooling but also disturbed their growth, behavior and temprament. We found that the children suffered from recurrent health problems due to poor immunity. The usual measures taken by the parents was to consult the pediatritian for recurrent illness and the children were given heavy antibiotics.

This way of treatment only gave temporary relief to the child and also produced lot of side effects due to administering heavy antibiotics.This status of health of the child also created lot of worry and anxiety in parents with regards to the child's health as well as managing daily routine in the house. Role of Homeopathy in this type of situation was highleted. How homeopathy can safely and quickly bring relief to the child with its safe medication was explained. Parents and Teacher appreciated the affforts taken by Dr Dhandhukia and Dr Swapna towards healthy growth of the children.

An orientation lecture with special objective of creating awareness about homeopathy was conducted for a soscial group call Sannari Arts. Special camp was organized in the month of May 2010 for 2000 members of the group. Free consultation and blood test was offered to all of them. Many members took the opportunity to come and visit our clinic.We were fortunate to see many interesting cases of Hypothyroidism, Allergic Rhinitis, Vertigo, Bronchial Asthama, pyoderma. The response is really encouraging for all the cases whom we have started treating with homeopathy. Everyone in the group has appreciated our efforts to bring healthy and good life through homeopathy for all.

As a continuation of our effort to promote healthy child growth we have conducted general health check for children at Spenta Play Group Andheri West on 6th august 2010. The camp was conducted by Dr Dhandhukia, Dr Swapna and assisted by Mr. Purav Shah. We were happy to see most of the children who attended the camp were found to be healthy in all respect. Importantly what we experienced was sharing by a parent about her experience of homeopathic treatment taken by her for both her children from a reputed brand of homeopathic clinic in India for a year. And to our surprise she shared that despite of spending so much and giving a one year commitment to the treatment there was no response in the health of the child. We empathized with her experience and tried to explain that it is not the system to be blamed for it. One message we tried to give was that a homeopath can fail but not the homeopathy. Other common misunderstandings about homeopathy were cleared like homeopathy is slow to act, weather onions, ginger, garlic, coffee should be avoided while taking homeopathy. Role of strong odor and strong perfumes and the effect of their use during homeopathic treatment were explained.

Dr Dhandhukia's Good Life Health Clinic recently completed a successful Healthy Child Growth Camp at Kids N Krayons Play School and Nursery at Lokhandwala Andheri West Mumbai on 15th and 16th of September 2010. The camp was conducted by Dr Ashok Dhandhukia and assisted by Mr. Purav Shah. It was a two days camp attended by near about 60 children with their parents and grand parents. Various health related queries were asked by the parents. Dr Dhandhukia examined each and every child personally. He patiently listened to every parent and discussed various health problems faced by the growing children. Parents also discussed how recurrent health disturbance was affecting child's schooling and over all piece of mind for the whole family.It was interesting to learn that few parents were already giving their children homeopathic treatment and they were very satisfied with the homeopathic treatment they were giving to their children. Apart from recurrent illness lot of parents discussed issues related to parenting and upbringing of the child. Dr Dhandhukia patiently listened to all of them and guided actively. The feed back forms filled by the parents almost all the 60 parents mentioned about their satisfaction in the way in which their queries were answered by Dr Dhandhukia. Dr Dhandhukia also guided those parents who did not have much experience of homeopathic treatment but were facing difficulties due to recurrent health problems in their children. School management deserves a special praise for their superb management of the camp. They kept special waiting room for parents where they can comfortably sit till their turn came. The kids and parents were given magazines and chocolates and other reading materials so that they can wait patiently. The entire concept of understanding healthy growth of the child and a health camp to understand mental and physical growth of the child and giving one to one guidance was well received by parents and school management, which made the camp a total success.

Dr Dhandhukia with his staff from Good Life Health Clinic organized children camp at Bulbul Play School. 80 Children were examined at the school in the month of November'10. The children belonged to poor socio economic class. Varios health problems like recurrent allergic complains of respiratory and GIT were identified. Poor nutritional status and inadequate emotional handling was also identified. Dr Dhandhukia personally examined all the children and discussed varios health related issues and he gave awareness on benifits of homeopathy for growing children to parents and teachers.
