He made up his mind immediately that he did not want to practice Allopathy any more. He was doing very well in his Allopathic practice. The financial loss due to withdrawing from practicing Allopathy at a time when he was at the pick of his career and its consequences on his family of a wife, a child and responsibility of aging mother never shook his strong desire to do what he wanted to do in life hereafter.

He instantly started all his efforts to learn Homeopathy. He selected ICR group organization after an in depth survey about where he can get best Homeopathic training in India. He eventually stopped practicing Allopathy and converted himself to a practitioner of Classical Homeopathy. Dr Smita Akale is an Assistant Director Good Life Health Clinic. She is a dynamic young and enthusiastic Homeopath of modern age. She is an MD in Homeopathic Psychiatry from Dr ML Dhawale Memorial Homeopathic Institute, University of Mumbai and a well qualified Homeopath, Psychiatrist and Counselor. She has completed her M.SC in Psychotherapy and Counseling. She has long experience of working with different types of challenging clinical conditions and handling them successfully with homeopathic treatment.

Her speciality lies in deeply understanding her cases and managing all kinds of situations with a smile. Her qualification as Homeopathic Psychiatrist and training as a counselor helps her to understand human being far more than just as her patients. Her human touch as a doctor touches the heart of every patient she treats. Her presence makes the organization charged with enthusiasm and brings smile to her patients.

Dr Swapna Kamath is an Assistant Director, Good Life Health Clinic. She is a practicing Homoeopath and a qualified Homeopathic Psychiatrist. She has completed her BHMS from Yerla Medical Trust Homoeopathic Medical College, Mumbai and her MD in homoeopathy with special subject psychiatry from Dr M L Dhawale Memorial Homoeopathic Institute, University of Mumbai. She is also trained in Psychotherapy and Counseling.

She also renders her service as visiting Consultant to Child Guidance Centers at Thane and Kandivali and is working with two schools in Mumbai at Thane and Malad. Homoeopathy with psychiatry is a new field, and Dr Swapna is one of the select groups of homoeopaths who are breaking new grounds in clinical work as well as research in psychiatry. Her chief area of interest is child psychiatry and she has been working on a number of such projects during and after her MD. She is the co-creator of the 'School Mental Health Project' that is currently being implemented in the Rural Homoeopathic Hospital, Palghar. I use to work as a head of skin department at L'Oreal n head of nutrition n diet department at VLCC. Working with the renowned companies was a great experience as I met many people solving different problems and many celebrities too like Malika Arora, Rakshanda Khan and many more .But I was more eager to work for common people who actually face many weight and skin problems than any celebrity. Dr. Dhandhukia gave me this opportunity to serve people and I am very thankful to him for that as he is the best person to understand the opposite persons problems. Understanding person's problem helps me a lot to reduce their weight.

Getting all this was not easy for me as during my teens I myself was weighing 97 kilos and from 97 kilos to 57 kilos was a big big journey to go. I can actually feel the pain and the trauma what a heavy weight person goes through when he takes every single step when he walks. Every single moment the person has running something always in the back of their mind that what will the people say and think that I m so fat. Every second person tries to be your dietician and gives you suggestions. taking all this and leading a normal life is not at all easy as myself have gone through this tough phase in my life during my heavy weight days.

In today's world being a good person by heart is very secondary but being beautiful and fit is more important and that's what I took as a challenge and decided to lose weight and tried to be pretty on my own terms. I got qualified in F.Q.C (food quality control) ranked 2nd. Actually got to know what was wrong with my body n my diet.

From that point of time till now it's been 8 yrs from that I am practicing and have given many smiling faces for life. If a clients losses his / her weight with my help that's my gain as I see myself in every fat and obese person. I feel the stress and common problems he/she goes through every moment. I feel their hunger and cravings too.
