1. Regular Homeopathic medicines will be given on monthly bases or for shorter or longer intervals, as decided by Dr Dhandhukia.
2. Regular Homeopathic Consultation will be once a month or at shorter interval as decided by Dr Dhandhukia.
3. All Personal and Online Homeopathic Consultations will be by prior appointment only.
4. All Personal Homeopathic Treatment Services and Online Homeopathic Treatment Services will be only during clinic working days that is Monday to Saturday during clinic working hours that is Morning 10.00 AM to Evening 9.00 PM IST
5. List of Holidays for Dr Dhandhukia’s Goodlife Health Clinic other than Sunday for the year 2008 are as follows.

   • Rang Panchami (Holi) Date 05th March, 2010
   • Anant Chaturthi (Ganesh Festival last day) Date 22nd September, 2010
   • Diwali Date 05th November, 2010
6. For Online Homeopathic treatment services all communications with the patients and/or the parents and/or guardians of the patients will be in the form of Live Chat and/or email and/or telephone and/or fax. In case the parents and guardian of the patient are going to be involved in communication with Dr Dhandhukia regarding the treatment, their details like name, address, relation with patient and contact number will have to be registered with our administration office in Mumbai -- India. Parents and guardians of the patient are required to send their details at admin@homeopathy-drdhandhukia.com

7. Duration of treatment depends on the duration of your complain and type of illness you have.
8. Refund Policy :
   • If you are not satisfied with the treatment and services provided by Dr Dhandhukia’s Goodlife Health Clinic you can apply for refund.
   • The Refund Policy given below is applicable only to Online Homeopathic Treatment Services. For Refund Policy of Personal Homeopathic Treatment Services please contact our clinic personally during clinic working hours.
   • In case of requesting a refund, please send an e-mail at refund@homeopathy-drdhandhukia.com or call at Dr Dhandhukia’s Goodlife Health Clinic in Mumbai on 91.932.437.2736 / 91.932.279.2402 or fax your refund request on 91.22.2610.5795. Please mention your name and PRN number while applying for refund.
   • In case you are applying for refund after the dispatch of medicine the refund period will be valid for 90 days from the date of dispatch of medicines from our clinic in Mumbai – India.
   • Refund may be made in US$ or Indian Rupees depending on the regulations.
   • In case you are applying for refund after the dispatch of medicine, 65% charges will be refunded. The refund period will be valid for 90 days from the dispatch date of medicine from our clinic in Mumbai -- India.
   • You will be required to return the unused medicines at our clinic in Mumbai – India within 21 days from date of your refund request in case you are applying for refund after the dispatch date of the medicine.
   • The refund will be executed only after receipt of medicine at our clinic in Mumbai -- India.
   • In case you are applying for refund before the dispatch of medicine 80% charges will be refunded.
   • In case you are applying for refund before submitting the Case Form Reply, the Refund Period will be valid for 90 days from the date of online payment verification.
   • In case you have not applied for refund within 90 days from the date of online payment verification and you have also not sent us Case Form Reply duly filled you will not be entitled for any refund. In such situation we will not be able to send any medicine as you have not supplied us with necessary information through the Case Form Reply. However your order still remains open indefinitely. You can choose to send us your Case Form Reply and ask for medicine for the selected plan any time.
   • The time taken to get refund may depend on the transaction carried out by Credit Card Company, Bank or Pay Pal services, for which we may not be responsible. The refund amount may vary according to the extra charges levied by Credit Card Company, Bank or Pay Pal services.
9. For Online Homeopathic Treatment Services payments may be made by Credit Card / Net Banking / Pay PAL.
10. For Personal Homeopathic Treatment Services payments may be made by Cash / Cheque. For patients outside Mumbai and Thane district payment may be made by DD / Money order.
11. The payments will be accepted as a one time payment for the selected plan.
12. There will be no hidden cost or extra payments towards doctor charges or medicine charges or postal charges or towards any of the services mentioned in the plan table apart from the charges mentioned in the plan table below.
13. You may be required to renew your treatment plan after its completion for further improvement or for prevention of your illness. Need for the renewal of treatment plan may be discussed with Dr Dhandhukia during or at the end of your existing Homeopathic Treatment Plan.
14. Dr Dhandhukia reserves all the rights to revise its fee structure and policies at any time without prior notice.
